Terms of Service
Last updated: August 9, 2026
These terms describe what you can expect from JeraSend as it exists today, and what JeraSend expects from you. This isn't legal advice. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What JeraSend is, today
JeraSend helps you organize a single purchase across multiple recipients and delivery addresses — building an order, assigning items to recipients, and tracking the resulting shipments. Some things are still limited while the product is early:
- Payment is not currently collected. Creating an order does not charge you or anyone else — there is no payment processing built into JeraSend yet.
- Courier booking is not automated. There is no live integration with a shipping carrier. Fulfillment — including entering a tracking number — is done manually by whoever is fulfilling your order.
- Shipping cost may show as “Not calculated.” We do not currently calculate real-time shipping rates.
We'll update this page as that changes.
Your account and workspace
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you create or join a workspace, other members of that workspace can see the recipients, orders, and shipments in it — that's how team collaboration works. Only invite people you actually want to share that access with.
Recipient information you provide
When you add a recipient, you're entering another person's name, contact details, and delivery address. You're responsible for having the right to share that information with us for the purpose of organizing a delivery to them, and for keeping it accurate.
Acceptable use
Don't use JeraSend to:
- Enter recipient information for someone without a legitimate reason to do so.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service (e.g. attempting to overload it).
- Use the service for anything unlawful.
Orders and payment status
An order you create in JeraSend records what you intend to send, to whom, and where — it is not a payment transaction, and it does not by itself guarantee that the order will be fulfilled or delivered by any particular date. Because there is no refund functionality built into JeraSend (there is nothing to refund, since no payment is collected), that functionality doesn't apply today.
Fulfillment and shipping
Fulfillment is currently a manual process. We don't guarantee delivery dates, courier performance, or that any particular courier will be used — those details depend on whoever fulfills the order and are entered manually.
Intellectual property
The JeraSend name, branding, and application are ours. You keep ownership of the recipient, order, and other content you enter — you're giving us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.
Third-party services
JeraSend runs on third-party infrastructure (see the Privacy Policy for the current list). We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we'll do our best to work around them.
Service availability
We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we don't offer a service-level agreement (SLA) at this stage.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these terms. You can stop using JeraSend, or ask us to close your account, at any time.
Disclaimers and limitations
JeraSend is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
